The Borough of Conshohocken
In Conshohocken, a snow emergency has been declared to start on Saturday January 24th at 10:00 p.m. and will remain in effect until further notice. All vehicles parked on snow emergency routes, must be removed prior to the emergency going into effect. Vehicles that have not moved prior to the start of or parked during the snow emergency will be cited and towed by the Conshohocken Police Department.
Snow emergency routes are Fayette Street, both sides from the Conshohocken Borough line to the bridge; the south side of Freedly Street from 12th to 11th avenues; Poplar Street from East Elm Street to Washington Street; East 1st Avenue from Harry Street to Fayette Street, and West 1st Avenue from Forrest Street to Fayette Street.
The Borough of West Conshohocken
In West Conshohocken, a snow emergency has been declared to commence on Saturday, January 24th at 7:00 p.m. The emergency will end when conditions allow.
During the emergency, parking is prohibited in front of the odd numbered residences on Josephine and Dehaven avenues, either side of Bullock Avenue, New Dehaven Street and Spring Garden Street.
Plymouth Township
Plymouth Township reminded its residents that on-street parking is limited to the event side of the street on even numbered years. If the snow is 3″ or more, no off-street parking is permitted for 12 hours after the snowfall.
Whitemarsh Township
Whitemarsh Township’s emergency went into effect on Friday, January 23rd at noon. Parking on any street within the township shall be limited to the even address side of the street.
