For the third year in a row, M Property Services has been voted Best Property Management Company in Conshohocken by Best of Conshy voters.

Founded in 2018 by Conshohocken residents Mike Sroka and Matt Donnelly, M Property Services was a natural extension of their successful real estate business, Home Experts For You.

“Through selling homes, we meet a lot of people buying their first property,” explained Sroka. “A few years later, when they’re ready to move up or relocate, many decide to keep that first home as an investment — and that’s where we step in. Owning and renting can be challenging, so we handle all the details to make sure it’s a smooth, profitable experience.”

Donnelly added,

“We also work with many investors who start out managing everything themselves. But as their portfolios grow, they realize how much time and expertise it takes to handle tenant placement, maintenance, and financial oversight — and that’s when we can really help.”

Today, M Property Services manages over 300 residential, office, and retail properties across the Philadelphia region, combining local expertise with professional systems and hands-on service.
