Marketing agency seeks zoning relief to operate from former auto parts and gardening store in Conshohocken

On the agenda for the November 21st meeting of Borough of Conshohocken’s Zoning Hearing Board is an application involving the property at 306 West 6th Avenue. The property, which is located within a residential zoning district, has been utilized in recent years for an auto parts store and a garden supply business.

The petitioner, Denise Masciantonio, is seeking a special exception to allow a marketing agency to operate within the residential district. Below is the text from the agenda:

The petitioner is seeking a Special Exception from Section 27-1002 and Section 27-703.B(1) of the
Conshohocken Zoning Ordinance for a change in nonconforming uses from a gardening supplies and
equipment use to DBC America, a marketing agency, to utilize the building for showroom, retail,
warehouse storage, and office uses.
