This drone flight footage from Chris Penn’s YouTube.com account was taken around the area of the under-construction Seven Tower Bridge on the river front in Conshohocken.

Penn seems to be a more aggressive drone pilot compared to the video we shared the other day. We believe they were part of the same club flying at the same time.
