On August 4th, a Pennsylvania National Guard helicopter that is part of the Pennsylvania Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (H.A.R.T.) landed on Conshohocken’s riverfront for an initial assessment for future water rescue training in the Schuylkill River. Participating were the Conshohocken Fire Department and first responders from nearby municipalities along the river.

While the first responders met with the members of the National Guard, children were invited to sit in the helicopter.
