A new burger spot opening in Conshohocken is hiring for a general manager. You can find the job listing on Indeed.com.

In July, The Philadelphia Business Journal reported that 7th Street Burger, a smash burger restaurant based in New York, had signed two leases in the Philadelphia region, which included one for the Plymouth Square Shopping Center in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township). The other is on the University of Pennsylvania campus.

7th Street Burger features smash burgers, crispy fries, and fry dishes that are loaded or topped with jalapeños. Impossible burgers and Impossible fries are also available.

The article did not report which spot within the Plymouth Square Shopping Center 7th Street Burger would make its home. At the time, the shopping center did not have an open space that was appropriate for a restaurant of 7th Street Burger’s size. However, a few days later, the Federal Donuts & Chicken closed. Note that the shopping center’s website has not updated its tenant roster to show 7th Street Burger, so none of this specific location information has been confirmed.

Look for the restaurant to open in late 2026 or early 2027.
