Sol Yoga Studio has updated its class schedule (it goes into effect today). The new schedule includes a 9:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. classes everyday. See the schedule below:

Power Yoga with Tim
4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday
Power Yoga with Jess
4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Sunday
$5 Community Class with Aase
(offered thru mid-October)
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
