Sol Yoga Studio has added new online and in-studio classes. It also plans to run its outdoor classes through the end of October if the weather cooperates.
The new classes are:
Thursday 7:00 a.m. – Power Yoga – Starting October 1st!
Tuesday 7:00 p.m. – Slow Flow – Starting October 6th!
Friday 5:30 a.m. – Yoga Sculpt – Starting October 9th!
IN-STUDIO (All small classes sizes)
Monday 12:00 p.m. – Power Yoga
Wednesday 4:30 p.m. – Power Yoga
Friday 9:15 a.m. – Power Yoga
