Conshohocken’s 401 Diner has unveiled their new Summer Menu, with even more comfort food choices for lunch and dinner. New lunch and dinner offerings include Sesame Chicken Skewers grilled chicken breast basted with homemade sesame glaze, served with a peanut sate (7); Santa Fe Chicken Salad grilled chicken in a homemade tortilla bowl with mixed black beans, onions, cilantro and peppers over fresh field greens (12); Seared Scallops fresh scallops with mandarin oranges, jalapeno vinaigrette on organic Israeli couscous (16); And Garden Veggie Pasta with asparagus, spinach, roasted tomatoes, wild mushrooms and whole wheat pasta in white wine garlic pesto sauce (12). Breakfast and lunch are served all day beginning at 7:30 a.m. Dinner is offered from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Once the summer sun sets, the 401 Diner dims the lights and offers BYOB by candlelight, with no corkage fee. Guests can bring their favorite bottle of wine or any spirits while enjoying the new Summer Menu.
