Claire P. Campbell

Claire P. Campbell, 92, of Bethlehem, formerly of Conshohocken, entered eternal life on Friday morning, June 28, 2019, while in the care of the staff of Bethlehem Manor and her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald P. Campbell. They were married for 59 years prior to his passing. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Riccardo and Carmela (Composenarcone) Pergola. She was a graduate of Simon Gratz High School in Philadelphia. After raising her family, Claire became an accounts payable clerk for VanHorn – Metz & Co. in Conshohocken for several years until retiring. She was a member of St. Matthew’s R. C. Church, Conshohocken. It is noted that “Claire was the center of her family and loved nothing more then having her family together. She was passionate about cooking and could usually be found in the kitchen cooking food and baking Italian treats. She also loved knitting and sewing. When she and her husband Don retired, they traveled throughout Europe, China and Alaska. When not traveling, they enjoyed their second home on the lake in the Poconos. Everyone got a kick out of her outgoing personality; she couldn’t help but chat to everyone she passed by. Que Sera Sera, Mom”
