Outdoor gear and clothing retailer Orvis annlounced on October 2nd that it will close 31 stores and five outlet locations by early 2026.

Orvis President Simon Perkins offered in a statement, “We will be concentrating on a more focused retail store portfolio, as well as brick-and-mortar opportunities through our valued dealer network. We know this impacts people who are significant members of the Orvis family.”

Orvis has three stores in within 25 miles of Conshohocken, including one near the Whole Foods Market at the Plymouth Meeting Mall. The availability map of the mall shows that space 1515, which is the home to Orvis, will be avaialble in January 2026.
