Own the property that will be home to Netflix House at the King of Prussia Mall

Netflix House, the new retail, dining, and immersive experience, coming to the King of Prussia Mall, is set to open in the late fall of 2025. It is taking over the portion of the mall that was once home to Lord & Taylor. This specific property within the mall property at 180 North Gulph Road is owned by an entity associated with Hudson Bay Co., which owned Lord & Taylor from 2008 to 2019.

Please note, buying the property would make you Netflix House’s landlord. You aren’t buying the business.
