PECO has purchased the seven acre property at 480 South Gravers Road in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township). The sale was finalized in January 2024 for $7.7 million. The seller was Proudfoot Investments XIII LLC.

The property includes a 13,700-square-foot office building with a section devoted to servicing trucks. According to a PECO representative, the location will be used by the PECO operations teams that primarily support the Montgomery County area.
