PIAA approves plan to allow high school sports in the fall

This week The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association approved a plan that it believes will allow high school sports to be played in the fall during the Coronavirus pandemic.

The full document that offers general guidelines and sport-specific guidelines here. One interesting thing is that spectators are not allowed (at least initially).

Plymouth Meeting resident Steve Moore, who is a journalist focused on high school sports for PAPrepLive.com, recently wrote an opinion piece on why high school sports shouldn’t happen.
