The estate Albariño has small berries which are are hand harvested and crushed, and create a wine with vibrant acidity, tart citrus aromas, lots of candied lime zest and a clean finish. Light and racy, this wine pairs well with grilled fish, salty appetizers, and fried seafood.

The estate Viognier has large, golden clusters of grapes that make a lighter wine which layers delicate floral aromas with crunchy flavors of green pear, apple, and tart white peach. Pairs well with garden salads, soft cheeses, and poultry.

The Pennsylvania Chardonnay delivers a medium bodied wine full of ripe melon and golden apple. Strong aromas of tarragon and orchard fruit give way to honeydew and candied lemon zest which linger on the finish. Pairs well with grilled pork, salmon, or focaccia.
