The Springhill Suites by Marriot located at 430 Plymouth Road in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township) was recently sold by Ashford Plymouth Meeting LP for $5,965,700 to two entities associated with CTR Hotels of New Jersey. Tushar Shah, president/owner of Laurel Lodgings and founder/CEO of CTR Hotels confirmed his acquisition of the hotel and that it would continue to operates as a Springhill Suites by Marriott.

The hotel was constructed in 2001 and underwent a renovation in 2012. It consists of eight floors, 199 rooms, and includes 2,149 square feet of event space.

In 2023, Ashford Hospitality Trust announced that it was likely handing over the the Plymouth Meeting hotel and other hotels in portfolio to its lenders.
