Plymouth Meeting resident Jamie Apody has announced she is joining FOX29’s Phantastic Sports Show every Monday night. The show airs at 11:30 p.m. and is hosted by Breland Moore and Jason Martinez.

Apody left her role as a weekend sports anchor on 6ABC Action News in 2024. She had been with the station since 2006.

In a social media post about the new gig she wrote, “A small step to what I hope is a more prominent role on this awesome station.”
