Plymouth Meeting resident Jamie Apody announced in late April that she had departed her job as a weekend sports anchor at 6ABC Action News. In the announcement, Apody shared that “she is looking forward to exploring potential additional opportunities and assessing what is best for her family and her career.”

This week it was announced that her first post-6ABC television appearance will be as a guest on the sports-roundtable show The Phantastic Sports Show on FOX29. The show will air on Tuesday, May 21st at 11:30 p.m.
