On Friday, August 14th, just before 3:00 p.m., the Plymouth Township Police Department arrested a man wanted for murder in North Carolina. Rickey Harper, 60, is accused by police in North Carolina of murdering his girlfriend, Sheremy Gwenette Dillard.

According to news reports, Harper was identified as the suspect using data collected by Flock cameras.
