The Plymouth Township Police Department has released the “Weekly Retail Theft Roundup,” for February 3-9. The roundup provides details on the status of recent investigations involving retail theft in the township. The latest roundup involves 12 investigations. Of those, there has been one investigation that led to arrests, several that identified suspects and resulted in warrants issued, one where the investigation has identified suspects but the investigation has been expanded to include other possible crimes, one that is an update from the previous roundup that now includes images of the suspects, two that are still open investigations trying to identify suspects, and three were closed with no prosecution.
The three closed with no prosecution cases involved under $200 in merchandise or minors. The retail stores declined to prosecute. You can read the full report here.

An investigation has identified 47-year-old Pablo Fabian Lora as a suspect in retail theft from Home Depot in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township). A warrant has been issued. The value of the property is estimated at $1,586.88.

In the last roundup, the investigation had descriptions of four suspects involving the theft of $1,315.00 in merchandise on January 31st from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Plymouth Meeting. There are now images of the four suspects.

An investigation has identified 46-year-old Sherri Quintrell in connection to retail theft involving $757.32 in merchandise from Target in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township) in November and December 2024. A warrant is pending.

The investigation is seeking help from the public to identify a suspect in the retail theft of merchandise valued at $779.72 from Weis in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township) on February 4th.

An investigation has identified 47-year-old Tinamarie Nelligan as a suspect in retail theft from Boscov’s in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township) on February 5th. The merchandise involved was valued at $477.00. A warrant has been issued after she fled from Einstein Medical Center, where she was being treated for an ailment unrelated to her arrest.

An investigation has resulted in a warrant being issued for two suspects connected to retail theft involving $430.09 in merchandise from Target in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township).

Investigators are seeking assistance in identifying a suspect connected to retail theft from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township) on February 6th. The merchandise is estimated to be valued at $2,610.00.

Charges are pending for 31-year-old Tanya Navarro and 32-year-old Manuel Rodriguez-Guttierrez, who are suspects in retail theft involving 115.46 in merchandise from Target in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township). Both are believed to be involved in other thefts, which are still under investigation.

An investigation has led to the arrest of 21-year-old Rylie Mamrosch and 18-year-old Alicie Joy Elizabeth Doe for retail theft involving $316.41 in merchandise from Target in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township). A third person, 20-year-old Mya Griffin, was released and a summons was filed with the District Court.
