Plymouth Township police have announced that three people have been charged for June 2025 street takeover on Ridge Pike

The Plymouth Township Police Department announced on December 18th charges involving the June 15th street takeover at the intersection of Chemical Road and Ridge Pike in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township). According to the announcement, the charges resulted from an extensive investigation involving multiple law enforcement agencies working to identify the vehicles and operators. This included Montgomery County, the City of Philadelphia, the Maryland State Police, and the Delaware State Police.

The three charged were 22-year-old Amar Abdalhamed Amar of Arnold, MD, 22-year-old Gabriel Hernandez of Pennsauken, NJ, and 19-year-old Marco Mirkovic of Newark, DE.

During the June street takeover, which drew hundreds of spectators to the intersection, drivers were recorded performing stunts such as burnouts, fishtailing, ghost riding, and drifting. Fireworks were also being set off. Three spectators have also been cited for vehicle code violations related to blocking the roadway.

On October 21st, a preliminary hearing was held for all three defendants. Hernandez and Amar waived their preliminary hearings; however, Mirkovic failed to appear and is currently wanted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
