Lt. Jeffrey O’Brien of the Plymouth Township Police Department, pictured above right above with chief Joseph Lawrence, recently completeted a program at the FBI National Academy. According to an announcement made by the department, the program lasted 10 weeks and coursework inviolved intelligence theory, terrorism/terrorist mindset, management science, law, behavioral science and forensics science.

To participate in this program, you have to be nominated and then invited.
