The Plymouth Township Police Department has announced an investigation into a retail theft incident at Ulta located within the Metroplex in Plymouth Meeting that took place on May 31st at 1:20 p.m.

The pictured female in the above photos is suspected of having fled the store without paying for the items with a value of $310. The suspect is believed to be pregnant and has tattoos on both of her forearms.
