Plymouth Whitemarsh’s boys basketball team captures district championship. State championship bracket kicks off March 7th

On March 1st, Plymouth Whitemarsh High School’s boys basketball team captured the District 1-6A Championship over Coatesville. Plymouth Whitemarsh won 56-52 at Hagan Arena at St. Joseph’s University.

The Colonials will now face Cedar Cliff High School in the 2026 PIAA 6A state championship bracket on Saturday, March 7th at 1:00 p.m. at home (Gym West).

Tickets are $9 and can be purchased online. If tickets sell out online, there will be no tickets sold at the door. If tickets do not sell out, online and in-person ticket sales will be $10 (cash should be exact change).

Tickets are required for all individuals, grades K-12. Pre-school children will be admitted free. There are no passes accepted at the door.
