The Conshohocken Police Department is actively searching for a missing/endangered person. John Olafsen, a 61 year old resident of Conshohocken, was reported by his family to be missing at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. His apartment was found to be unoccupied with the television on and the door open.

The initial effort by the police department to locate him proved unsuccessful. According to a family member, Mr Olafsen had recently been discharged from the hospital and is diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.
