6ABC Action News reports that the Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a road rage incident that took place at approximately 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, December 7th on ramp from Matsonford Road to I-476 northbound in West Conshohocken. According to the report, a driver opened fire another vehicle.

The suspect is described as a Black “portly” man between the ages of 35 and 40 years old with short hair and spots on his face. The suspect was driving a white Impale with a Pennsylvania plate.
