A portion of the Schuylkill River Trail, adjacent to 400 West Elm Street where the apartments are under construction, will be closed beginning Monday, August 21st at 7:00 a.m. The closure is expected to last through Thursday, August 24th at 5:00 p.m.

During the closure, those using the trail will be redirected to sidewalk along West Elm Street.
