Whitemarsh Township shared on its Facebook page that a portion of Stenton Avenue will be closed for approximately six weeks starting November 27th. The portion of Stenton Avenue impacted by the closure is the area between Joshua and Flourtown Roads.

The closure is to allow the creation of designating turning lanes at the intersection of Stenton Avenue and Flourtown Road.

There is one hilarious comment on Whitemarsh Township’s Facebook post (below). A commenter states, “Throw some town homes on it while you’re at it.”
