In late April, PREIT, the owner of most of the Plymouth Meeting Mall property, bought an adjacent property at 400 West Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township) for $2,550,000.

That property is home to a mattress store, and a spokesperson for PREIT, shared the following statement:

PREIT exercised an option to purchasethe outparcel located at 400 West Germantown Pike, which is currently home to Mattress Firm. At this time, we don’t have any additional details to share regarding future plans for the property.
