In 2025, the owner of Quaker Park in Conshohocken (Whitemarsh Township) submitted a sketch plan that proposed to add an 115-unit apartment building with a small amount of retail space in the parking lot at the corner of East Hector and Lee streets. The owner of the property is BPG Office VI Quaker Park LP, an entity associated with Delaware-based developer Buccini Pollin Group.
In April 2026, the proposed plan was updated to 117 apartments and 40 townhouses. The location of the apartment building remained the same. The townhouses were added along East Hector Street between Sandy Street and the apartments, and on the backside of the property on East Elm Street.

The developer is seeking to amend the township’s zoning code as it pertains to the Spring Mill area to allow the proposed development to move forward. A review of the plan is tentatively scheduled for June 9th before the Whitemarsh Township Planning Commission. The township’s supervisors will make the final decision on whether to amend the zoning code.
