On the agenda for the November 12th meeting of the Conshohocken Planning Commission is a conditional use application that seeks to convert the service station at 725 Fayette Street into a convenience store. The gas pumps would remain. This is the service station that was long branded as Getty, then as Liberty, and now as Delta.
The property is owned by MG42091 LLC, a New Jersey-based entity associated with Ramco Marketing Group, which submitted the application, and Ramco Fuels. Ramco Fuels describes its mission as follows:
Ramoco Fuels is a multi-state fuel marketing, logistics, and retail platform with a long-standing record of successfully acquiring, integrating, and operating high-volume gas station and truck stop assets. We combine disciplined fuel purchasing, rigorous risk management, and hands-on site operations to deliver reliable, competitively priced energy solutions.
Our portfolio includes strategically located highway sites, neighborhood convenience locations, and full-service truck stops designed to serve both local communities and regional freight corridors.
The planning commission will review the application and has the opportunity to make a recommendation to the borough council, which will make the decision.
The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the borough hall. You can find the application here (starting at page 27).
