Real estate industry veteran Lisa Caparo-Carlomagno has joined The Dan Caparo Team at eXp Realty. Carlomagno brings over 30 years of experience to the team, including 12 years representing premier new construction from the area top builders and communities such as Judd Builders/Reserve at Creekside [Flourtown], Toll Brothers/The Brownstones at the Village of Valley Forge [King of Prussia] and most recently, Guidi Homes and the Goldenberg Group’s Mattison Estate Home [Ambler/Upper Dublin Township]. For Mattison Estate, Carlomagno completed a successful five-year sales and sales management project for the new community surrounding Lindenwold Castle.

Dan and Lisa are a second-generation real estate team that descends from the legacy of Caparo Real Estate, founded by their father, Harry C. Caparo, Jr. Caparo Real Estate started with a storefront office at West 9th Avenue and Maple Street in Conshohocken in 1976. In 1981, the office moved to 1207 Butler Pike in Conshohocken, which served as a real estate office until 2024.

When Lisa is not focusing on real estate, the lifelong Montco local enjoys spending time with her three children and new grandson. She enjoys vacations in Avalon and West Palm Beach with her husband of 30+ years, who was her high school sweetheart.
