Registration is now open for the brand-new Conshohocken NFL FLAG youth football league for boys and girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade. The league will take place at the bottom turf fields at The Proving Grounds and offers young athletes a fun, non-contact football experience this spring. Uniform pick-up is scheduled for March 27, with games beginning April 3rd. Additional game dates include April 10, April 17, April 24, May 1, May 8, and May 15, with Wild Card and Super Bowl week set for May 29. Championship rings will be awarded to the winners of each age division.

To introduce families to the program, a free clinic will be held on March 6 at The Proving Grounds and is open to all Kindergarten through 5th grade athletes. Check-in begins at 5:30 p.m., and the clinic will conclude at 7:30 p.m. The clinic is completely free and provides a great opportunity for players of all experience levels to learn fundamentals, meet coaches, and experience the excitement of flag football. As part of NFL FLAG, the official flag football program of the NFL, the league emphasizes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building in a safe and inclusive environment. No prior football experience is required, and every player receives equal playing time. The registration deadline is March 23.
