Whitemarsh Township has announced that River Road between Barren Hill Road and Harts Lane will be closed on or about this Monday, October 10th, for emergency road work. This will be a full-time closure that is scheduled to last approximately four weeks.

The road was impacted by the flooding that occurred in early September of 2021.
