SEPTA mailed a “Community Notice” about new Conshohocken train station

SEPTA recently mailed a “Community Notice” about the new Conshohocken train station that is to be constructed just above Oak Street (just upriver from its current location).

All the information has been reported on before, but it did provide confirmation of the projected timeline.

The notice refers to “Phase A” which is a SEPTA parking lot. The temporary lot mentioned in the notice is complete and open for use. In the above photo, you can see the temporary lot in the middle of the photo. The new lot is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2020.

“Phase B” which is the actual new train station is scheduled to take two years and is expected to commence in late summer/early fall of this year.

You can view the notice here.
