September 2026 police report for Plymouth Township

Within the agenda for the October 13th meeting of Plymouth Township’s council is a report from the township’s police department that provides data on major incidents, lesser crimes, arrests, and accidents, and generally shows how the department’s officers are needed around the township.

For example, the retail centers generated 28 calls for retail theft, while police were called to hotels 75 times. On the roads, police made 534 traffic stops and issued 157 citations.

Crimes described in the report as “Part I/Part II Offenses,” ranging from homicide down to public drunkenness, resulted in 144 investigations. Overall, police made 64 arrests.
