Spampinato’s has announced that Chef Dane Spurio will be leading its kitchen. Spurio started like many great chefs, watching his grandmother. He has a degree from Widener in Hotel Restaurant Management and then worked in the kitchen at Green Valley Country Club for several years. He most recently was the sous chef Massa in Ambler. He is excited to lead the new kitchen staff at Spampinato’s and looks forward to showcasing ingredients and his creativity in the new menu
Spampinatos’s is also now billing itself as a BYOB, where you still have the option to order from the full bar at sister restaurant next door Spamps. You can download the new menu here.
