Aim High Studio is offering a Spinginner’s Workshop on Saturday, February 9th from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  The workshop will guide you through the basics of spinning.   If spinning has intimidated you in the past, this is the perfect class for you.  The workshop will be filled with novice cyclists and will be taught so that you can enjoy spinning no matter what your age or athletic ability.  Bring water, a hand towel and a smile.  Class cost is $20.00.
