“Spring Thaw” Boot Camp from Strength Personal Training Starts May 19th at Miles Park in Lafayette Hill

After a long, cold winter Strength Boot Camps is heading outdoors to Miles Park in Lafayette Hill. Strength’s “Spring Thaw” Co-Ed Boot Camp starts Monday, May 19th and runs through Wednesday, June 25th. The six week camp runs Mondays and Wednesday from 6:10 a.m. to 6:55 a.m. All fitness levels are welcome.
