Daylin Leach (D), the State Senator for the 17th Senatorial District (which includes Plymouth Township and West Conshohocken), has been accused of inappropriate behavior by former staffers. Leach, who is currently running for Congress in the 7th Congressional District, has denied the allegations.

Leach ran at least some of his previous campaigns out of an office near East 6th Avenue and Fayette Street in Conshohocken.
