Suburban Solutions opens hub in Conshohocken

Suburban Solutions has opened a 16,344-square-foot hub at Velocity Ventures’ facility, located at 241 East Elm Street in Conshohocken. The Havertown-based moving services company is utilizing this second location in the Philadelphia market to provide storage services to its apartment, residential, and commercial clients.

Patrick McNichol, owner of Suburban Solutions, expressed excitement about finding a building that suits his company’s needs in Conshohocken. “A location in Conshohocken puts us at the crossroads of 76, 476, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, which is key to our business, shared McNichol. “We look forward to being part of the great business community in Conshohocken.”

One specific use of the new facility that McNichol is eager to see grow is the opportunity to offer interior designers a single location to receive, inspect, and store furniture prior to white-glove delivery.

“We are offering a one-stop shop for interior designers at our Conshohocken warehouse,” shared McNichol. “We can handle all aspects of the process from receiving to eventual delivery at the client’s home or office.”

The property was home to the Fine Grinding Corporation between 1973 and 2022. Velocity purchased and renovated the buildings into modern warehouse and industrial space.

A 9,324-square-foot space is currently available on the property, which was previously used as a distribution center for a solar panel company. The brochure for the space can be found here.
