Conshohocken resident Dan Esposito recently had family over and made them dinner. He prepared some standard fare such as tacos and hamburgers but included some interesting ingredients.

The tacos were Taco de Lingua, made with cow tongue. The hamburgers were made from grass-fed ground beef, liver, kidney, and heart.
