The Fulton at 641 Old Elm Street in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township) has been listed for sale on LoopNet.com for $1,850,000. The sale includes a ready-to-open restaurant space, property, and liquor license.
The Fulton, owned by established restaurateur Evan Lambert, opened in July 2025, then announced it would close for the winter in December. While closed, Lambert planned to add a deck that had been previously approved by the Plymouth Township Zoning Hearing Board. No work on the deck took place over the winter, but in an early April 2026 conversation with MoreThanTheCurve.com, Lambert stated that he was targeting a mid-summer reopening of the restaurant with the deck.
