Fayette Street Oyster House & Grill | 128 Fayette Street, Conshohocken
The man behind Pinefish in Philadelphia has opened a seafood and steak restaurant in the former Tierra Caliente space in Conshohocken. It is currently open for dinner on Wednesday through Sunday. Find the website here.

Daniel’s| 16 East 1st Avenue, Conshohocken
Daniel’s recently opened in the former Lucky Dog space. It is currently open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner. Find the website here.

Osaka Hibachi | 551 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill
Osaka Hibachi opened in March and is mainly a takeout spot. Find the menu here.

Perks Coffee Shop | 1 West First Avenue (entrance is on Fayette Street)
This coffee shop is part of SORA West. It serves La Colombe coffee. We can’t find a website or social media pages for it.

WingStop | Plymouth Square Shopping Center, Conshohocken
An outpost of WingStop has opened at the Plymouth Square Shopping Center.

Opening Within Weeks to a Couple of Months

Morning Talk Cafe | 108 1\/2 Fayette Street, Conshohocken
The owner of neighboring Chiangmai and a couple of partners are opening a cafe in the former candy shop. This will be a mainly takeout spot.

Our Daily Bagel | 301 Fayette Street, Conshohocken
Look for Our Daily Bagel to open within the month. It will be featuring bagels from Kismet Bagels, which are all the rage in the city right now.

Merenda Box | 801 East Hector Street, Conshohocken
The owner of ‘feine, a coffee shop in Conshohocken, is opening a Brazilian pastry shop at the former location of Pete’s Deli. Look for it to open within the next eight weeks.

The Couch Tomato Cafe | 2 Harry Street, Conshohocken
The Couch Tomato announced in May of 2021 that it had signed a lease for The Outbound Station building in Conshohocken. Look for an opening within the next eight weeks.

Unknown Date

1874 Social | West Elm Street and Fayette Street (within SORA West)
Between the hotel under construction at the corner of West Elm Street and the historic firehouse will be a first-floor dining experience with an outdoor terrace that will physically connect the two buildings. The restaurant will be known as 1874 Social, honoring the year the fire company formed on the site. A projected opening date has not been released.

Hook & Ladder Skybar | West Elm Street and Fayette Street (within SORA West)
The firehouse, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1975, will also be home to a second-floor gastropub experience, the Hook & Ladder Skybar. A projected opening date has not been released.

Unnamed Replacement of the Old Mansion House | 641 Old Elm Street
Evan Lambert, one of the people originally behind Savona in Gulph Mills, plans to renovate the Old Mansion House building and open a more upscale restaurant.

Mezah | Whitemarsh Shopping Center
Mezah, a fast-casual Mediterranean grill, was approved for a location within the Whitemarsh Shopping Center in 2021. An opening date has not been announced.

Fudi officially closed in 2022 and the space is now for lease.

This space is available for rent.

Spring Mill Campus (former Spring Mill Corporate Center) | 1100 East Hector Street, Conshohocken
There is a plan for a new restaurant to fill what used to be a pizza shop/cafe that mainly served the corporate tenants on the campus. Note that this plan mainly shows what is possible and does not show an actual tenant.

Plymouth Square Shopping Center | Ridge Pike at Butler Pike, Conshohocken
There are several spaces available within the shopping center.

The former General Lafayette Inn | 646 East Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill
The historic General Lafayette Inn which was most recently a restaurant named The General has been for sale since October of 2020. A source told us that it was nearing a sale.

The former Whitemarsh Valley Inn | 474 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill
In August, MoreThanTheCurve.com reported that the Whitemarsh Valley Inn building at 474 Germantown Pike in Lafayette Hill had been purchased by the owners of the nearby Persian Grill. At the time, the new owners had planned to open a second restaurant, but now they are seeking to lease the building (view listing).

The Plymouth Meeting Mall | 500 West Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting
There are a few restaurant spaces available within and along the exterior of the Plymouth Meeting Mall. The most notable spots are the former Elevation Burger and King Buffet, along with a pad site next to Shake Shack.

Rumors

We have heard consistently over the past few months from a variety of people about three regional chains looking to open in the Conshohocken zipcode. Two are well established in the region, one is much newer.
