The latest on the power outages – as of Friday morning

PECO has made some progress since our last report yesterday at 5:45 p.m. There is also a more clear picture of when power will be restored, or at least how PECO is approaching it.

When you view the outage map, the larger outages/issues are designated with a blue and white circle. Everyone we clicked on has a projected restoration of today (June 5th) or June 6th by 11:00 p.m.

There are then green and white circles, which represent smaller outages (some larger than others). The ones that are larger, have the same projections as the blue circles. The vast majority of the green and white circles represent less than five outages and aren’t projected to be restored until June 7th by 11:00 p.m.

Below is a chart that shows the progress being made.
