The pole is gone! A reader shared with MoreThanTheCurve.com that the pole that has been lying along the sidewalk on East Elm Street for likely more than two years has been removed by PECO.

After MoreThanTheCurve.com posted about the pole on Instagram, PECO inquired about its exact location. A day or two later, PECO messaged again, stating, “Thank you for providing this information; we have been informed the pole has been scheduled for pickup.” A few days later, it is now gone!.

The reader shared, “The pole was there for so many years it left a long indentation. I’ve seen people trip over it, dogs pee on it. It was ridiculous.”
