The Rabbit Hole is set to open its doors at 201 West 6th Avenue in Conshohocken on Wednesday, May 21st, starting at 3:00 p.m. The Rabbit Hole is being opened by Alysa Yakeley-Avila, a co-owner of Our Daily Bagel, also located in Conshy. The Rabbit Hole replaces Carol’s Place, a long-running neighborhood bar.
The Rabbit Hole’s menus will feature boards (personal and shareable), flatbreads, shareable appetizers, sandwiches/sliders, two dishes with caviar, salads, and desserts. The entire cocktail menu includes drinks named after references to Alice in Wonderland, such as Cheshire Grin (Mezcal, Aperol, génépy, passionfruit, lime, saline tincture, Peychaud’s bitters, brûléed grapefruit) and Through the Looking Glass
Empress gin, butterfly pea flower syrup, dry curaçao, lemon, clarified ice sphere).
Once open, The Rabbit Hole will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with happy hour Wednesday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Rabbit Hole’s Instagram account is very active, having posted numerous photos of the renovations and the building’s brand-new look as it prepares to open.
