Third Project by O’Neill Properties in the Works

O’Neill Properties, which currently has two apartment communities at varying stages of the approval process, will have a hearing before the Zoning Hearing Board on Monday, April 7th at 7:30 p.m. at Old Borough Hall at West 8th and Fayette. This property on the 200 block of Washington Street is behind the two Millennium office building and adjacent to Londonbury.

Previously we had heard, and had been to an initial meeting before the Planning Commission, that this was going to be an apartment community.  We are now told that this will be an office complex with two connected building and a parking garage.   We fill find out more details on Monday for you.
