The Philadelphia Business Journal recently released a list of the 20 largest office buildings in the Philadelphia suburbs. Three from Conshohocken made the list.
Coming in at No. 8 is SORA West, the corporate headquarters for Cencora, which is the only tenant in the building. The building is 11 stories and 520,066 square feet. It was developed by Keystone Development + Investment and opened in 2021.
No. 9 is also in Conshohocken (Whitemarsh Township). The Spring Mill Campus was formerly home to Lee Tire, which closed in 1980 after operating at the site for decades. The main building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. It was redeveloped into an office campus in 1990 and came under its current ownership, Alliance Partners HSP in 2019, which made major renovations and updates.
161 Washington Street (Eight Tower Bridge) ranks at No. 17. The 16-story, 347,000-square-foot office building was developed by Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corp. and opened as Eight Tower Bridge in 2002. It was sold to American Real Estate Partners (AREP) in 2018 and rebranded as 161 Washington Street.
