Three office buildings on Conshohocken’s riverfront, Millennium I, II, and III, have sold for $52 million according to an article on Philly.com.

The buildings, which were originally developed by O’Neill Properties between 2001 and 2003, were sold by Stabilis to King of Prussia-based Morgan Properties Inc.
